Things to Know

Aiyima A07 Max

  • Vents are located on the bottom/sides, which is better than the original but still relies on passive convection.
  • Some users report 'sparking' at the DC input jack when connecting power (connect brick to wall last).
  • Aux output is not a true variable pre-out.

Aiyima A70

  • Volume taper is extremely aggressive; it gets very loud very early on the dial.
  • The subwoofer output is active but does not high-pass the main speakers.
  • Heat dissipation is passive and the case can become uncomfortable to touch during extended high-output sessions.
